  • The maximum period to request the return of your purchase is 14 working days from the reception of the order.

    Only returns of articles will be accepted when the following is fulfilled:

    - The watch has not been used; must not have scratches on the case or marks on the strap.

    - It is inside its original packaging.

    - Includes the guarantee. Includes a copy of the invoice or sales receipt.

    The refund of the amount paid will be made through the same method of payment that was used for the purchase and the maximum period will be twenty days from the receipt of the package returned.

    To proceed with the return, you must first contact Kauai through the Contact page of www.kauaiwatches.com, with the subject "Return".

    The buyer is responsible for the return shipment of the order and assumes all risks of the same. Therefore, it is advisable that you return the product through an insured shipment and with a properly sealed packaging since in case of incidence you would be able to claim the carrier. The expenses generated by the return will be payed by the buyer.
