  • What warranty do Kauai watches and straps offer?
  • ALL our watches purchased in an online or physical store are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
    - Spain and Portugal: 3 year warranty
    - Rest of the world: 2 year warranty
  • What does te warranty cover?
  • Manufacturing defects are covered as long as the watch has not been tampered with. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse (shocks, use of corrosive products,...), straps, batteries and normal aging due to use. Before making any shipment, we carry out a final quality control to verify that the watch works correctly and that there is no defect in any of its parts.
  • Warranty & Natural Materials
  • Our watches use natural and/or vegan materials. Straps are daily-use accessories, and their durability depends on use and climate. For this reason, straps are not covered by the 2-year warranty.
    If a rare defect occurs, we offer a partial refund or store credit. For international orders outside the EU, straps are not shipped due to shipping costs and customs.
    This approach allows us to remain sustainable, transparent, and fair to all our customers.
